Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Nature
All products and services offered by Tuki Labs LLC are delivered digitally and are consumed immediately upon use. When you submit content for analysis, the service is rendered in full at that moment — generating and delivering a report.
Because of the immediate and irreversible nature of digital delivery, all purchases are generally final.
2. General No-Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for:
- Credits that have been used to generate a report.
- Subscription fees for a billing period that has already commenced.
- Unused credits, where the purchase was made but no report has been generated.
- Partial use of a credit pack or subscription allocation within a billing period.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
3. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a credit or refund in limited circumstances, including:
- A verified technical failure on our end that prevented delivery of your report.
- A duplicate charge caused by a payment processing error.
- Cases where applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction grants you a right to a refund that cannot be waived by contract.
To request a review under one of these exceptions, contact us within 7 days of the transaction at admin@tukilabs.org with your order reference and a description of the issue.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing. It does not entitle you to a prorated refund of the current billing period. Your subscription benefits remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate an unauthorized chargeback rather than contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account pending resolution.
We encourage you to reach out to us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved directly and more quickly through our support channel.
