1. Overview
Tuki Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” “the Company”) is committed to handling any data you submit with care and transparency. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how long we keep it.
By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Data You Submit
To use Red Flags, you manually paste or upload conversation content or text. This submitted content is used solely to generate your report.
We may also collect:
- Account information — email address, if you create an account or authenticate.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store payment card data on our servers.
- Usage data — basic interaction data such as timestamp, report type, and credit consumption for billing and operational purposes.
- Device and browser data — IP address, browser type, and operating system collected automatically for security and performance monitoring.
3. How We Use Your Data
Data you submit and data we collect is used to:
- Generate and deliver your report.
- Manage your credits or subscription.
- Respond to support requests.
- Detect and prevent abuse or fraudulent activity.
- Improve the reliability and performance of our platform.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your submitted content for AI model training without your explicit consent.
4. Data Retention
We take a minimal retention approach. Conversation content submitted for analysis is not retained beyond what is operationally necessary to deliver your report. Once the report has been generated and delivered, the submitted content is discarded.
Account-level data (email, billing history, credit balance) is retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and financial compliance purposes.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe has its own privacy policy and is PCI-DSS compliant.
- Cloud infrastructure providers — for hosting and processing. Providers are selected for their security and compliance standards.
These providers may process certain data as part of delivering our service. We do not authorize them to use your data for their own purposes.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, authentication, and basic analytics. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, although this may affect some functionality.

We will respond to verifiable requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.
8. Data Security
